Bill Toeplitz
President/Owner
Bill brings over 25 years of experience to every property he designs and maintains. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticultural from Delaware Valley College, he worked in various capacities from production to branch management for some of the most prestigious landscape firms in the nation.
Bill founded Integrated Landscape Management in 2003 focusing on the niche market of privately owned high-end real estate. With his education and hands-on experience in Environmental Design, he is able to survey each property as a whole, then develop a custom-care plan encompassing Design/Installation and Maintenance practices to maintain each property at its highest level.

Darren Reo
Field Operations Manager
Darren has over 30 years of experience in the Landscape industry. He started in the golf course side of the industry, covered the tree-shrub nursery arena, and now focuses on the maintenance aspect of Estate Management. His personal bond with each property and their owners has allowed him to cultivate an open relationship with each individual client allowing him to foresee any constraints and address them before they even become aware to the client.
